Please read these notices carefully as your orders will be affected.
Hula hoops are posted via a local courier service. The collection from us is contactless. Social distancing should be adhered to when you hula hoop is delivered.
2) Collection in person
Collection can be arranged if you are near to Leamington Spa.
We’ve had to be extra careful during the pandemic due to living in a vulnerable household. Collection is arranged to be outside, and we will wear a mask as an added precaution and will remain socially distanced during the handover.
Please DO NOT collect your hoop order if you:
- Are displaying any cough, cold or flu-like symptoms
- Have had a positive lateral flow test or positive PCR test within the last 2 weeks
- Are isolating
- Are living with anyone who is isolating
- Are living with anyone displaying cough, cold or flu-like symptoms
- Are living with anyone who has tested positive for covid-19 within the last 14 days
If you feel unwell or need to rearrange collection, please email firstname.lastname@example.org at least 1 hour before hand over, or text or call 07875 306 717. We would rather hang on to your hoop for a bit longer until you’re well, than take unnecessary risks!

3) Orders & Timing
All hoops will be dispatched when they are ready/have been made, between Monday – Friday. You will receive an email once your order has been received and another when it has been dispatched. While we try to turn most orders around within a week, please allow 7 – 10 days for you hula hoop to be made by hand, and 5 – 10 days for your hula hoop to arrive by courier. Please check your spam or junk emails before contacting us for updates to your order.
Your order may be delayed if we have to reorder stock and making supplies. You will be notified by email if this is the case. Please check your junk mail for our emails!
As mentioned previously, there may be delays to your order in the making or postage times.
Returns and exchanges are not possible at this time for safety reasons. A refund for the price of the hoop may only be issued if photographic proof can be provided of the fault with the product(s) within 30 days of our dispatch email being sent out. Postage and courier costs cannot be refunded.
We are taking every care to ensure that our hoops are made as safely as possible and adhering to Government guidelines on safety. We recommend that when your hula hoop arrives that you quarantine the parcel for 72 hours before opening it.
